THE PROPERTY
The beauty and grandeur of the Southwest landscape inspired this 73-acre property. Prior to building, the owners acquired two hillside parcels of land that, combined, created this magnificent homesite. To build the home’s foundation, landscape designer John Stropko removed 30 feet of solid rock, shifting the terrain to the perfect spot between the saddles of two large mountains.
