Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 72-Zoll-Fernseher und Sofas, auf denen Sie nach einem Tag in der Sonne entspannen können. Die Türen führen direkt auf eine überdachte Terrasse. Das Deck verfügt über einen Grill und einen zusätzlichen Essbereich.
Der Infinity-Pool bietet eine uneingeschränkte Aussicht und viel Platz für Liegestühle. In der Zwischenzeit ist der Strand über einen privaten Gehweg zugänglich, der Sie 200 Stufen hinunter zum Meer führt. Eine solche Nähe zu einem Strand ist auf den Britischen Jungferninseln und insbesondere in Tortola selten zu finden. Das Anwesen verfügt außerdem über eine überdachte Veranda, ausreichend Parkplätze, eine Klimaanlage im gesamten Gebäude und einen Generator. Indoor and outdoor living spaces blend seamlessly together offering comfortable sit down dining for 10. Industrial style kitchen is fully equipped, just waiting for your private chef to create masterful dining experiences. The living room has a 72” television and sectional sofas for lounging around after a day in the sun, with doors opening directly onto a covered deck. Deck has a BBQ set up and additional dining area.
The infinity pool has unrestricted views and plenty of space for recliners. Meanwhile, the beach can be accessed via a private walkway that takes you down 200 steps to the sea. Such close proximity to a beach is a rare find in the BVI and particularly in Tortola. Property also benefits from a covered car porch, plenty of parking space, ac throughout and a generator.
