aProperties presents ONIX, an avant-garde project designed by Clavel Arquitectos in the Las Marías estate, Torrelodones. 29 single-family homes with 4 and 5 bedrooms are immersed and integrated in nature. Thanks to its independent gardens of more than 400 m² with private swimming pool and its spectacular surroundings, this exclusive residential complex allows you to enjoy the environmental richness of the Sierra de Madrid, with all the services of the capital less than 30 minutes away.

The unique design that characterises the complex is also transferred to the interior of the homes, where we find living rooms with a free height of 6 metres and large windows that blur the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. Likewise, through a careful distribution, the architects have created a layout of spaces that favours the use of the more social areas, while preserving the privacy of the more private areas. A compromise between aesthetics and functionality that also includes making the most of natural light, optimised by a studied orientation that allows you to enjoy nature as a backdrop to each room.

The interior design of Onix is the work of the renowned designer Teresa Sapey, who has opted for a delicate and neutral range of colours, where each piece complements the architecture to create a warm and comfortable home.
