At Tinos, it is difficult to capture the uniqueness of the location in a text, since the residence’s distance of fifty meters from the sea is not possible during the last twenty years. The use of the old permit, seen with a modern eye and elements from the local architecture, offers a wonderful result. The proximity to the town, the excellent design and quality implementation, the large indoor and outdoor spaces complete an investment property, rarely available in the Cyclades.
