Tinos, seven kilometers from the island`s port, a luxurious detached house-villa under construction. On a remarkable plot of land of 5,900 square meters, two buildings were constructed, a total of 240 square meters. The initial permit was revised, with emphasis on quality and aesthetics upon completion. Serving modern needs was combined with the traditional style and several local architectural elements from experienced, local craftsmen and materials. The main detached house of 158 square meters has two levels, consisting of three bedrooms, with three bathrooms, the kitchen and a comfortable living roomwith a fireplace. The energy-efficient windows and doors will be made of aluminum, the floors will be covered with high-quality Italian tiles, an alarm and a central cooling-heating system with a heat pump will be installed. Also, a jacuzzi for two persons and three covered parking spaces. In the ample outdoor spaces, on the first floor and the ground floor, spacious, shaded verandas were designed, decorated with stone slabs andindustrial flooring, with a magnificent 40 square meter swimming pool being the focal point. The stone-built, traditional guesthouse of 82 square meters consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom, the living room with the kitchen and a well-preserved, outdoor sitting room. In front of them the two seaside villages spread, at least seven neighboring islands, the entire town of Mykonos and the liners, in the blue Cycladic waters.
