Tinos, on a rare plot of 5,500 sq.m., a modern villa with a detached guesthouse, a total of 374 sq.m., was designed and built. It is located on a dreamy, leeward slope, just 170 sq.m. from the sea. Close to the main residence, a two-storey guesthouse of 101.7 sq.m. has been built, with a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, also a magnificent swimming pool and the corresponding outdoor areas. Parking spaces, a large water tank and shelters have been provided in all outdoor areas. The residences are available unfinished, at the final stage with the main building being 80% completed and the guesthouse 35%. The prime location, just 170 meters from the sea, 5.5 kilometers from Chora and less than 1 kilometer from the wonderful sandy beaches of the area, together with the impressive view, the excellent construction and design, have created an unforgettable property.
