Villenkomplex Zum Verkauf In Therisos, Kreta.

The property is under construction, but the building permit has already been granted. Three houses with three swimming pools have been designed on the plot. For each house, an independent, horizontal plot can be realized. The design ensures that each house is autonomous, with its own driveway and a fully private area of approximately 1,000 m² per user. The view is over the green plain of Agia. The location and design lend themselves to a direct relationship with the natural environment. The olive tree dominates the area and the plot. It is suitable for mixed use (residential and commercial). Meets the requirements of the GOLDEN VISA upon the purchase of two or all three houses. The two rear houses are 141 m², while the front house is 96 m².
