Next House Almería is pleased to present this set of THREE IMPECCABLE Country Houses with a pool, currently operating as a B&B, located on a large plot of land in a quiet area of Taberno (Almería).

Originally built in 1914 and fully restored in 2004, the rural house complex currently operates as a RURAL HOTEL with a total accommodation capacity of up to 18 adults.

Surrounding the houses is an URBAN LAND plot (400 square meters) with the right to build more. Each house faces south.

The original decoration and history have been preserved and respected during the renovation. The rural house is situated in a natural setting, surrounded by countryside where the only sound is birdsong. It is an ideal place to escape, rest, and relax like no other.

The properties are exceptionally well insulated, with walls 60 cm thick and all windows double-glazed. Central heating is installed in all rooms. The radiators are powered by a low-consumption Ferrolli diesel boiler. The central heating diesel tank is a Roth brand with a capacity of 1,000 liters.

The area is a protected animal reserve and habitat for various species such as partridge, hare, rabbit, dove, eagle, etc.

15 minutes from larger towns like Albox and Huércal Overa, which have a regional hospital offering a wide range of services including large supermarkets, secondary schools, twice-weekly markets, and much more! The beautiful coastal towns of Vera, Garrucha, and Mojácar are 45 minutes away. Almería airport is 1 hour and 15 minutes away, and Alicante airport is 2 hours away.
