Chalet Verbier is a fantastic property that has been in family ownership for over 45 years. It occupies a commanding position in Verbier with far reaching views towards the towering peaks of Grand Combin and the Mont Blanc Massif.

As you enter the chalet there is a spacious living area, separate dinning space and access through the French doors onto the balcony overlooking the garden. There are two very large bedrooms, one with a double height pitched rooms and both benefiting from ensuite bathroom rounding off this level.

There are three/four further bedrooms on the top floor, two benefiting from a shared balcony, all sharing a family bathroom.

As you enter the ground floor, the property has a self-contained apartment with two bedrooms, separate kitchens and access to the currently disused pool/spa area. The living space with stone surround fireplace provides access to the garden.

The chalet benefits from extensive storage, three/four external parking spaces and ski room. Whilst well maintained, the chalet would benefit from a refurbishment program.
