It’s Friday afternoon and you’re supposed to be making dinner. Instead, you’re standing barefoot on the deck watching someone cannonball into the pool. Your phone buzzes. ”We’re five minutes away. Need anything?” You laugh. Of course they’re coming over. Somehow everyone always ends up at your house. Welcome to 529 Morning Place Way. You open the door and head inside. Music drifts through the living room where vaulted ceilings, architectural trusses and shiplap give the space just enough personality to make you stop and look up. Then there’s the kitchen. Bright white cabinetry. Quartz countertops. Designer lighting. A generous island that starts the morning covered in coffee cups and somehow ends the night surrounded by friends telling stories long after dinner is over. You grab another drink and disappear down the hall for a minute. Your bedroom feels different from the rest of the house. Quieter. The herringbone wood ceiling catches your eye before you slide open the barn door to the bathroom. Marble tile underfoot. A glass walk-in shower. A freestanding soaking tub waiting for the moment everyone finally goes home. But right now, nobody is leaving. Back outside, the grill is going. Someone has claimed a seat at the custom island. The sun is dropping behind the trees and the pool catches the last bit of evening light. From the Trex deck you can hear laughter below and for a second you just stand there taking it all in. This is exactly what you wanted. Not simply four bedrooms. Not simply three bathrooms. A home that actually gets lived in. Then Saturday morning comes. The house is quiet now. You make your coffee while everyone else is still asleep and step outside onto the deck. The morning air is cool. The neighborhood hasn’t quite woken up yet. Steam rises from your mug while the sunlight starts filtering through the trees and dancing across the still water of the pool below. No music. No splashing. No one asking you for anything. Just you, your coffee, and a few peaceful minutes before the house comes alive again. You lean against the railing and think: I could get used to this. Because that’s the thing about this house. Friday night, it’s the place everyone wants to be. Saturday morning, it feels like it’s all yours. And when the weekend ends, you’re still right here in Suwanee-close to the parks, restaurants, shopping and everything that makes this place so easy to call home.529 Morning Place Way. The house everyone comes to. And the one you won’t want to leave.
