The apartment offers a bright and inviting layout with generous entertaining spaces and a large wraparound corner balcony boasting sweeping views of the water and city skyline. A sleek, contemporary kitchen adjoins the dining room, complete with a fireplace. Connected to this is a spacious living room featuring a beautiful bay window and abundant natural light.
The generously sized principal bedroom has direct access to the balcony and enjoys far-reaching views over rooftops and the waterfront. Additional bedrooms are arranged in sequence, all benefiting from beautiful outlooks. From the entrance hall, a more private section with its own entrance creates flexibility for older children, guests, or a home office/business. Bathroom and guest WC.
Here you live at Stigberget, one of Södermalm’s most sought-after areas, adjacent to Fjällgatan with its breathtaking viewpoints and scenic promenades. Stigberget is one of Södermalm’s and Stockholm’s most beautiful settings, where you are surrounded by protected historic environments with charming wooden cottages, turn-of-the-century buildings, and idyllic walking paths.
The Housing Association
Stammen 23 is a tenant-owner association located on Södermalm in Stockholm, founded in 1996. The building was completed in 1930 and comprises 87 apartments. It is situated atop Stigberget next to Ersta Hospital, with entrances at Stigbergsgatan 32 A and B, as well as Lilla Erstagatan 6.
The association has increased the monthly fee by 6% from July 1st. This increase is already included in the presented monthly fee. The reason is to strengthen the association’s long-term financial savings. No major renovations are currently planned in the near future.

The association also offers a guest apartment with overnight accommodation, available for members to rent for private use.

When we meet you for the first time - perhaps when you’re about to buy your first apartment- we regard that meeting as the start of a long friendship. It may sound obvious, but we believe in satisfied clients. We like nothing better than when a previous buyer or seller rings us up for our expert advice on a new matter. That’s when we know we’ve done a good job. We like to develop a lifelong relationship with every client, to go through life’s various phases together - from your apartment in town to your detached house in the leafy suburbs, your dream home by the sea, up to the day when you might inherit a property that you need help to dispose of. Most things in life come down to trust. In our closest personal relationships, in the way we bring up our children, or in our relationship with you. That’s what we say when someone asks us about our philosophy. We say that we think in the long term, that we prefer lasting relationships and that the best thing we know is a solid foundation of trust. We’ve noticed that it goes a long way. Best, Lars Andersson, CEO
