Each room has underfloor heating and integrated air conditioning, the tiled flooring, bathrooms and fittings, all ooze quality. The house has 3 superb kitchens: the main kitchen, the casita and the summer kitchen are all fully equipped and ready to use; everything is as new. The photos attempt to show the quality of the property; every detail has been thought through, but really the house has to be seen to appreciate the actual quality and care taken in the design.
Equal thought has also gone into the design of the garden; with great lawned areas, stunning planting, secret sitting areas, a petanque court, mature palms and an English telephone box for those important calls! The airport operates year-round international routes to major European hubs including London, Barcelona, Frankfurt, and Paris, with significantly expanded frequency from spring through autumn. There is no rail connection to the north of the island, so a car is essential. Palma itself, with its full range of services and international schools, is under an hour.
