Taking one of the marble staircases upstairs, there is an impressive marble kitchen landing. To the left is the main guest suite with a circular bed, private bathroom, and its own south-facing terrace with steps leading up to a private observation deck.

To the right is the opulent master suite. At one end is the large elevated sleeping area; at the other, an elevated dressing room with access to the spacious private bathroom; and in the center, a private sitting room with comfortable seating and a fireplace.

From this area, there is also access to a private upper-floor terrace overlooking the unique landscaped grounds, where you can watch the rest of the family from the seating area or the preferred hot tub.

Going down the stairs (or elevator) two floors to the basement, there are even more surprises not found in a typical family home. There is a large entertainment area decorated with a fun Egyptian theme, featuring seating areas and an elevated bar.

On this level, there is a well-equipped gym, as well as two more large guest suites with separate sleeping areas, ideal if the family with children visits. These are also decorated with an Egyptian theme, giving guests a true ”vacation” feeling during their stay.

If these surprises are not enough, the centerpiece of the basement area leads to a private theater, a replica of Her Majesty’s Theatre in London, complete with full Phantom of the Opera staging.

There is seating for fifty guests and two royal boxes flanking the elevated stage area. This space could be used for family entertainment or for professional performers to delight your family or guests. A truly unforgettable experience.
