Villa 215 Mit Panoramablick Auf Das Meer In Coral Estate, Curacao

Villa 215 is a symbiosis of the characteristic Curaçao landscape and modern architecture

This tasteful, welcoming villa with refined architectural details offers stunning panoramic sea views from both living levels. In addition to being visually striking, the villa is ergonomically designed and makes excellent use of the trade winds to naturally cool both the villa and its terraces.

Upon entering the plot, it is immediately apparent how carefully it has been cleared. The characteristic volcanic rock forms a canvas on which a beautiful creation has taken shape. Various local trees and plants have been thoughtfully preserved, providing privacy and giving the property an authentic feel. In front of the residence is the double garage, accessible via a wide driveway. A separate footpath leads to the front door. Adjacent to the entrance is a laundry room combined with a storage area.

Entering the atmospheric living room with its high beamed ceiling, the panoramic sea view immediately draws the eye. The roofline of the villa has been deliberately kept low, creating pleasant shade inside the villa and on the spacious sea-facing porch—without obstructing the view. In the living room, the open kitchen enjoys optimal privacy thanks to a recessed partition wall; due to the distinctive architecture, the kitchen still feels open and also offers beautiful sea views.

The upper floor also houses the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom. Those who wish to shower with sea views can indulge here to their heart’s content. An eye-catching feature is the natural stone wall, intentionally left with a naturally rugged texture rather than fully straight and polished. In front of the master bedroom there is also a home office, which likewise has access to the veranda.

The lower level can be reached from the outside. A centrally positioned staircase running beneath the villa connects the floors. As one descends this staircase, an impressive panoramic sea view unfolds over the infinity pool. Beneath the villa, the cliff has also been fully cleared of vegetation, clearly revealing how the villa has been designed into the cliff.

The lower floor accommodates two guest bedrooms. These spaces are generously sized and enjoy excellent ventilation thanks to the beautiful hardwood louvered shutter windows. This level also includes a storage room.

One level lower still is the technical room housing the pool pump and filtration system. Here you will also find a wonderfully spacious garden, once again offering magnificent sea views.

Details:
What stands out about this villa is its natural character. Only the finest materials have been used, such as coral stone tile floors outdoors and marble tile floors indoors. The choice of wooden roof supports instead of concrete pillars is also striking; they support the roof structure and are anchored against the floor slab rather than placed on top of it. A perfectly maintained villa with its own distinctive signature.
