The Casco Antiguo is the historic core of Seville, one of the most architecturally intact medieval city centres in southern Europe. Seville Santa Justa station is approximately two kilometres from the Casco Antiguo, served by high-speed AVE trains connecting to Madrid in around two and a half hours and to Málaga in under two hours. Seville Airport (SVQ) is roughly ten kilometres from the centre, with a journey time of approximately twenty minutes by taxi or the EA airport bus, offering direct routes to major European hubs.
