Sant Llorenc Des Cardassar,

Sant Llorenç des Cardassar is a small inland municipality in the eastern part of Mallorca, sitting between the Serra de Llevant hills and the coastal plain that stretches toward Cala Millor and Sa Coma. The area is defined by dry-stone walls, almond groves, and traditional Mallorcan farmhouses, with a pace and character that remains largely unchanged. It occupies a distinct position on the island, far removed from the overdeveloped southwest, with a genuinely rural identity that serious buyers increasingly seek.

The village itself has a weekly market and a handful of local bars and restaurants. The town of Artà, roughly 10 kilometres away, offers a broader range of dining and services, including the Café Parisien and a well-regarded weekly market. The beaches of Cala Millor and Cala Bona are within 15 minutes by car. Manacor, the island’s second city, is approximately 20 kilometres west.

Palma de Mallorca Airport is approximately 65 kilometres from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, a drive of around 50 to 60 minutes via the Ma-15 motorway. Palma itself is reachable in under an hour by car. The airport operates year-round with direct connections to major European cities, and during peak season serves over 30 million passengers, making it one of the busiest airports in Spain.
