The accommodation
A new house built entirely of stone, with juniper and olive wood ceilings, with small doors and antique furniture from Ibiza and Asia. A traditional style rural house with the comforts of the 21st century. Sleeps 4 adults + 1 child. 2 bedrooms on 2 floors. Built in 2002 in the traditional style of the stone-walled houses typical of rural Ibiza. Decorated with Ibizan antiques and with an Asian touch.
On the ground floor: A/C, self-contained, fully self-sufficient bedroom-studio, storage room and garage for your car.
First floor: A/C, main house, large open terrace with a Balinese bed and large covered terrace. Spectacular new swimming pool with a spectacular sunset terrace, and a barbecue.

Upstairs: the bedroom with a double bed of 1’90x1’50 and a wardrobe 3 doors with a beautiful window facing sunset.
Downstairs: Bedroom-studio with two single beds, double wardrobe, small fridge, TV, Sat. A/C. It is not connected from the inside with the upper floor, the staircase to go up is external.

2 bathrooms: Upstairs bathroom with bath-shower, sink, toilet and bidet, also with a window that overlooks the sunset. Ground floor: Full en-suite bathroom, small bathtub-shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Indonesian wardrobe and large mirror.

Upstairs the kitchen is very well equipped. It has all the necessary amenities and utensils. It also has an espresso machine.
The environment
The best points about this property are: ’Sparkling new pool facing the sunset. In the centre-north of Ibiza, one of the last natural areas of the island, in an elevated position, with terraces on a slope looking towards the sunset (West), with the valley of Sant Miquel (Es Pla Roig) at its feet. Large terrace with chill-out, where only the birds can be heard. In the area there are multiple rural paths for walking and cycling routes. Just 1.5 km away is the authentic village of Sant Miquel with its beautiful seventeenth-century church and its weekly market. There are 2 artisan jewellery shops. Just 4. 5 km. Benirras beach, one of the last natural beaches in Ibiza with very little construction around it and Puerto de Sant Miquel beach with many restaurants and activities, also 15 minutes away by car. Just 7 km. away is the famous hippy market of ’Las Dalias’ with day and night activities. And the north is famous for having the best traditional restaurants on the island.
Activities and attractions
Tips and suggestions from the owner: The main road that goes from Vila capital to Sant Miquel is only 1.5 km away and has a safe bike lane. The village of Santa Gertrudis with its 22 restaurants is only 5 km away, about 15 minutes by car. ’For water sports, activities and good restaurants you have the beach of Puerto de San Miguel just 4 minutes away. 5 km., and if you prefer a more natural beach, but with four good restaurants on the beach, there is the beach of ’Benirras’ with the drums breaking the silence of the sunset on Sunday afternoons.
