Vineyard with bodega for sale in Andalusia, near Ronda, province of Malaga. On this 18-hectare estate, 3-hectare has been planted with vines in 2003. The vineyard could be expanded up till 10 hectares . The high density plantation has 16.475 vines with the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Tempranillo, Pinot Noir and Graciano. The Bodega or winery of 429 m2, is distributed over two floors. It has been designed to blend into the surrounding nature. The semi basement is dedicated to to elaboration of the wines. Here you will find the laboratory, an office, fermentation tanks, barrels, bottling area. Some steps up is the ’sala de catas’, the tasting room, which has a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views over the vineyard towards Zahara -El Gastor lake and the Grazalema mountains . An ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine!

The wine from this winery is marketed only locally and can be found in restaurants, delicatesse and wine shops in the Málaga area. Commercial distribution has not been set up yet. Since the Ronda wines are gaining interest, this could be an ideal project for an investor.

Next to the vineyard the project could be extended with tourism facilities. The full grown vineyard, the stunning views plus the proximity of the Grazalema park, the lake and Ronda city provides the base for a succesfull wine tourism business.
