Chalet Trollet

The charming Chalet Trollet is located in the sought-after Riederalp West, directly on Sigrischtuschirstrasse – quietly situated with an unobstructed view and ski access to the Riederfurka slope. The location offers ski-in/ski-out convenience, plenty of sunshine, and year-round appeal.

Excellent location in both summer and winter
In winter, you can ski directly from the chalet to the slopes. In summer, enjoy hikes to Riederhorn, dinner at the Riederfurka restaurant, or a visit to the historic Villa Cassel. Right in front of the chalet is a driving range – perfect for golf enthusiasts. The supermarket, restaurants, golf course, tennis court, soccer field, and playground are all within a few minutes’ walk.

The chalet is divided into two independent apartments: a spacious 3-room apartment on the raised ground floor and a roomy studio apartment in the basement – ideal for large families, guests, or rental purposes.

The main apartment features a separate entrance with a boot dryer and storage for winter clothing. From there, you enter a second hallway with additional closets, a washing machine, and dryer, as well as an office that opens into the bright living area with an open kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a pantry for food and cleaning supplies.

One bedroom is directly adjacent to the living area. From the living room, you have access to a bathroom with a shower and can step out onto the generous south- and west-facing balcony, perfect for sunny lunches or relaxing after skiing.

Upstairs are two very large bedrooms, offering significantly more space than usual – as the chalet is used as a primary residence. There is also a very large storage room.

Next to the outdoor stairs is a workshop in the garden house. Below the stairs is additional storage space for bicycles, skis, or tools.

The studio apartment is located on the ground floor. Inside, you will find a large entrance area along the west side. The apartment includes a living/dining area with kitchen and two fold-down beds (one double fold-down bed and one bunk fold-down bed). The large bathroom offers plenty of space and design flexibility. In front of the apartment is a spacious terrace with panoramic views.

The chalet also includes a second plot of land on the north side – a building zone, ideal for future projects or simply to enjoy more space and privacy.
