Main building
The main building was completed in 1998, measures 300 m² of living area in a plot of 453 m² and consists of 3 apartments and 4 studios.
The upper floor consists of a living room with open plan kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The balconies enjoy beautiful sea views.
The middle floor comprises 2 open plan studios of approx. 28 m² and 1 apartment of 32 m². The apartment consists of a living room with open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The main building is connected to the public water and is equipped with 2 septic tanks. It also comprises 1 storage area which is used as a laundry room and parking area.

Maisonette & Studio
The Maisonette is 50 m² and consists of an open plan living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor that consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The veranda enjoys magnificent sea views. At the ground floor There is 1 open plan Studio of 25 m².
This building is supplied with electricity, telephone – internet and air conditioning units throughout. Solar panels provide hot water. Pipes for central heating are installed. Windows and patio doors are double-glazed, aluminum units with shutters and integral fly-screens. It is also connected to the public water and is equipped with a common septic tank (shared with the next maisonette). There is parking place for 2 cars.
The access to the property is very easy through an asphalt road. The magnificent beach of Mavrovouni is only 2 minutes by car (750m.).
Finikounda, 4 minutes by car, has four long sandy beaches. The village itself has a very pretty harbour for traditional fishing boats and recreational boats while a smaller village sandy beach is served by traditionally Greek cafes and restaurants.
Methoni, 8 minutes by car, is an old trading port, with Venetian links, evidence of which abounds in its beautiful castle beneath which lies at a beach and a sheltered harbour. Methoni has a doctors’ surgery, dentist, pharmacy, good local shopping, super markets, bank, post office and very good restaurants.
Pylos, a 18-minute drive away, is a busy small town with port and extensive marina. It has a good range of shops and cafes built around a lovely central square, shaded by ancient plane trees. It also boasts an impressive castle. There are doctors and a small hospital/health centre with good facilities and reliable staff who provide prompt emergency service
The nearest signature golf course is 21 minutes away, at 30 minutes is another beautiful golf course and resort. For golf players, an excellent place to be
It takes approximately 50 minutes to drive to the International airport and the hospital of Kalamata which is the administrative capital of the area. Kalamata has a port, large yachting marina and motorway access to ATHENS. The centre of town has been the subject of major regeneration during the past few years and offers a wide range of shopping, eating and relaxing opportunities along its main boulevard. There is a greater variety of shops here offering designer goods and some internationally known stores.
