Felanitx is a market town in the southeast of Mallorca, set in a landscape of low hills, vineyards, and almond groves roughly 45 kilometres from Palma. The airport operates year-round international routes to major European cities, with significantly expanded connections during the summer season. There is no direct rail link to this part of the island, so a car is essential for day-to-day living in this area.
