In 2007, we decided to also invest in downtown Porto and its urban regeneration.

In 2008, we were the first official Portuguese mediator for SRU – Porto Vivo and, over the years, we have contributed to the much-needed regeneration of Porto´s historic centre.

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship store.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Salons and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: ‘Let´s help the homeless’ - Let´s find homes for the homeless in Porto.
