Im Jahr 2008 waren wir der erste offizielle portugiesische Vermittler der SRU — Porto Vivo und in diesen Jahren haben wir unseren Beitrag zur dringend benötigten Sanierung der Baixa Portuense geleistet. 2017 haben wir unseren Hauptsitz in die Küstenregion von?? Foz, wo wir ein KA-Flaggschiff mit hoher Sichtbarkeit eröffnet.2019 nahmen wir an zwei Immobilienmessen teil, starteten das erste KA-Magazin und entwickelten weitere Tools im Bereich der Immobilienberatung.Im Januar 2020 haben wir eine Bewegung gegründet, um eine edle Sache zu unterstützen: „Lass uns Obdachlosen helfen“ - Lass uns ein Zuhause bekommen für Obdachlose in Porto. Im Jahr 2021 haben wir die Marke KA auf andere Gebiete des Landes ausgeweitet, nämlich im Goldenen Dreieck an der Algarve.

In 2007 we also decided to bet on downtown Porto and its urban rehabilitation. In 2008 we were the first official Portuguese mediator of SRU – Porto Vivo and during these years we have been giving our contribution to the much needed rehabilitation of Baixa Portuense.
In 2017 we moved our headquarters to the coastal area of Foz, where we opened a K&A flagship with high visibility.
In 2019, we participated in two Real Estate Shows, launched the first K&A magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.
In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let´s help the homeless” - Let´s get a home for the homeless in Porto. In 2021, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
