Playa De Pals — Haus Auf Unabhängigem Grundstück

Sustainable design homes just a few steps from Pals beach
In a tranquil environment surrounded by nature, just five minutes on foot from Pals beach, this promotion presents four independent single-family homes, designed to enjoy the Mediterranean with contemporary architecture, natural materials, and a special focus on well-being and energy efficiency.
Each home has a private plot of approximately 700 m² and 190 m² built, entirely distributed on a single floor. A comfortable and functional layout that prioritizes natural light, spaciousness, and the connection between the interior and the garden.
The day area is organized in a large open space that integrates the living-dining room and the open kitchen, designed by TENUEE and equipped with warm and timeless furniture. The large windows visually extend the space to the outside and allow direct access to the terrace, porch, and private garden, where the pool invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate all year round.
The night area features three double bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing room and private bathroom, as well as a second full bathroom. The home is completed with a garage, laundry area, and space for technical installations.
Natural architecture and well-being
The construction emphasizes carefully selected materials, with a healthy and sustainable approach. Wood plays a leading role in both the architecture and interior finishes, providing warmth and naturalness to the spaces.
The kitchen, doors, and bathroom furniture, designed by TENUEE, incorporate natural solid oak wood and finishes with natural oils, without conventional varnishes. The selection of materials with 0% VOC content contributes to creating a healthier indoor environment.
Regarding technical features, the homes include an aerothermal climate control system, photovoltaic panels, and double-flow mechanical ventilation, which promotes continuous renewal of indoor air. The climate control system, blinds, and closures, along with ambiance-designed lighting, complete a proposal aimed at providing comfort and energy efficiency.
The project is completed with exterior wood carpentry with double glazing, thermal insulation, SATE system, and a careful combination of natural oak flooring and porcelain stoneware.
Additionally, each home includes an interior design project conceived to maintain coherence between architecture, materials, and furniture, creating cozy, functional, and timeless spaces.
A residential proposal for those seeking an independent house near the sea, with privacy, a garden, and their own pool, and a way of living that combines contemporary design, nature, and well-being in one of the most attractive locations on the Costa Brava.
