The mission is to create a complex that can stand the test off time by a contemporary design and by its approach to a family oriented resort. It also aims to make this development a beacon for wellness and rejuvenation of body and soul.
The development has a very privileged location in the Algarve. The project is located in a 320.000 sqm peaceful valley, between Albufeira and Vilamoura, but only 5m away from the beach and Albufeira’s city center.
It is one of the lowest construction density Projects in the Algarve. The objective is to have a greater sense of nature and space, to promote peacefulness and relaxation.
Plot 159 is constituted by a 4 stars Apart-Hotel building permission with a maximum of 150 units of accommodation divided in 58 T1, 66 T2 and 26 T3, with areas up to 120 sqm and a total of 536 touristic beds. The plot size of 60.126,76 sqm allows 19.800 sqm of construction in 3 floors that consists in 11.325 sqm of implantation area. Allows also a 2 storeys basement with 4.800 sqm for 196 parking spaces.
