Living in Parque dos Poetas means having greenery as part of your daily landscape and the sea close enough to be part of your routine. It means being able to walk out of your home to stroll in the park, exercise, shop, or take care of daily essentials, and just minutes later, be at the beach or the Marginal.

All shutters are electric and can also be centrally controlled at the entrance. Two water heaters, one 300 liters and another 80 liters, were sized to ensure hot water inside and in the outdoor space.

The same care extends to the private area. All bedrooms have custom-designed wardrobes integrated according to each room’s characteristics. The suite opens directly to the patio and features two custom wardrobes and a bathroom with high-quality materials, almost seamless on walls and floor.

One bedroom, currently used as an office, has a large panoramic window surface framing Parque dos Poetas. Working here means lifting your eyes from the computer to find greenery outside the glass—a small luxury quickly hard to give up.

The bathrooms maintain the same high standards, with Armani/Roca fixtures, mirrors with integrated lighting and anti-fog system, and a careful selection of materials and solutions.

Returning to the location, because in this home it’s impossible to separate one from the other. Parque dos Poetas is right at the doorstep. Nearby are Oeiras Parque shopping center, Holmes Place gym with indoor pool and spa, Hospital da Luz de Oeiras, Oeiras / Paço de Arcos Health Center, Fórum Oeiras, the main offices of Oeiras City Hall, access to the A5 highway, among others.

The Marginal and Oeiras beaches are just minutes away, even accessible on foot. Lisbon and Cascais are easily reachable via main roadways, and Lisbon Airport is about 27 minutes by car under normal traffic conditions.
