Haus Nuestra Señora De Jesus

Jesús is one of the most sought-after residential villages on Ibiza, sitting just two kilometres from the capital, Eivissa, on the road toward Santa Eulària des Riu. The village retains a genuinely local character, anchored by its 16th-century whitewashed church, while the surrounding residential streets have become a preferred address for buyers who want proximity to Ibiza Town without the density of the port area. Properties here tend to be substantial, set within mature plots, and the area carries a quiet, established reputation.

The restaurant Can Pilot, a long-standing Ibizan institution, is a short walk from the village centre. The commercial centre of Ibiza Town, including the covered market Mercat Vell and the boutiques of Dalt Vila, is under five minutes by car. Talamanca beach is reachable in roughly the same time.

Ibiza Town is approximately ten minutes by car, and the ferry terminal there connects to Formentera in under 30 minutes. Ibiza Airport is around eight kilometres from Jesús, a drive of roughly 15 minutes depending on traffic. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities year-round, with frequency increasing significantly between April and October, making international access straightforward for full-time residents and seasonal visitors alike.
