Quai Rauba Capeu occupies one of the most singular positions in Nice, curving along the base of Castle Hill where the Promenade des Anglais gives way to the old port quarter. The quay faces the Bay of Angels directly, with the coastline extending toward Antibes on clear days. It sits at the precise boundary between two of Nice’s most distinct worlds: the baroque density of Vieux-Nice to the west and the open maritime horizon to the south. The scale here is monumental and the light relentless.

Vieux-Nice is a five-minute walk, with Cours Saleya market, La Merenda, and Acchiardo among the dining options. The beach at the base of Castle Hill is immediately accessible. The port neighborhood, with its brasseries and fish restaurants along Quai des Docks, is a ten-minute walk east.

Nice-Ville train station is approximately two kilometers away, with direct TGV services to Paris in around five and a half hours and connections to Monaco in under thirty minutes. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is seven kilometers west, reachable in roughly twenty minutes by car or via the tramway Line 2, which connects the airport to the city center with a stop near the port.
