A charming rural hotel in the Murcia region. The hotel was created after the restoration of a 16th-century flour mill.

It is located in a bright villa and features a seasonal outdoor pool. It offers views of the Sierra de España mountain range. The hotel offers beautiful rooms and apartments, which also have a terrace, seating area, and kitchenette.
It enjoys a peaceful location and has its own flour mill.
Currently, there are 3 bedrooms in 1 house used by the current owners, in addition to 7 bedrooms for guests, as well as 3 apartments (1 with 2 bedrooms and 2 with 3 bedrooms each).

Additional Information:
• A stable, built during the new construction, is located on the ground floor on the west side of the building. It is partitioned and currently used for storage. A gym is planned for renovation.

• The hotel’s 12m x 6m swimming pool, with its pump room, is located on the southwest side of the building.

• The hotel parking lot, with space for 12 vehicles, is located between the swimming pool and the east side of the property.

• The machine room and kitchen storage area, a small building situated between the mill’s waterworks (on the west or rear side of the mill) and the hotel building, is divided into a kitchen storage area and a machine room housing the hot water equipment, a potable water storage tank, a water softener, and the hotel’s water pressure system.

• There is also a restaurant.
