The Herdade das Ganadarias, with an area of almost 400 hectares, is located near the city of Castelo Branco, in the Beira Interior region, about 15 minutes from the district capital. The property is part of a company that operates it, and this company will be included in the transaction, which will greatly benefit the parties involved from a tax perspective. It is a livestock estate, primarily dedicated to the breeding and raising of cattle and sheep. It has excellent access.
