The Prateato is the new development to be born in Marvila, a new concept of housing in the image of New York lofts overlooking the Tagus River. Surrounded by old armázens and factories, now reborn as art galleries or vintage decoration shops, Prateato transports us to a new life in this old industrial area of Lisbon, which breathes art and technology for those who love to live in the future. It comprises 18 lofts, 17 apartments T1,10 apartments T2 and two apartments T3 with areas between 44sqm and 300sqm. The Apartments at Prateato have balconies, terraces or gardens, some of which also include parking. Prateato also has a garden and a living room with a kitchen equipped for residents’ use. Situated in the riverside area of Lisbon ”up and coming”, situated between the city center and the Parque das Nações. Known as the city’s old industrial park, this area is going through a modernization phase where the old warehouses come to life. Compared to the Meatpacking District, here are born art galleries and startups of innovative projects such as Underdogs or the Baginski gallery. The potential for reinvention of warehouses for residential projects becomes obvious when thinking of New York-style Lofts. Ask for more information now. (ref IN-H83MVC)
