Puerto de Cabopino sits on the eastern stretch of the Marbella coastline, between the town centre and Fuengirola, in an area that has retained a quieter, more natural character than the busier western Golden Mile. The marina at Cabopino is small and low-key, framed by protected sand dunes and pine woodland. This corner of the Costa del Sol is defined by its proximity to the Dunas de Artola natural monument, one of the few remaining coastal dune systems on the Mediterranean coast of Andalusia.

The Cabopino Golf Marbella course is immediately adjacent. The beach at Artola is a short walk through the dunes. Elviria’s commercial centre, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the long-established Nikki Beach club, is within a five-minute drive. Puerto Banús and central Marbella are roughly fifteen minutes west along the A-7.

Marbella town centre is approximately 18 kilometres west, reachable in fifteen to twenty minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road or the AP-7 toll motorway. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is around 40 kilometres to the northeast, a journey of approximately thirty to thirty-five minutes by car. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations, making this location practical for frequent international travel.
