Alto de los Monteros is one of Marbella’s established residential enclaves, positioned on the eastern side of the city between the town centre and the upscale district of Los Monteros. The area is characterised by low-density development, mature landscaping, and consistent architectural standards that have made it a reference address on the Costa del Sol. Its elevated position relative to the coastline provides clear orientation toward the Mediterranean, with the Sierra Blanca range forming the backdrop to the north.

The beach at Los Monteros is a short drive, as is the Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotel strip along the Golden Mile. Marbella’s old town, with its Plaza de los Naranjos and established restaurant scene including Skina and Messina, is under ten minutes by car. The El Corte Inglés at Ricardo Soriano covers daily shopping needs.

Marbella centre is approximately five minutes by car from Alto de los Monteros. Málaga city is around 55 kilometres to the northeast, reachable in under an hour via the AP-7 toll motorway. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, the main international gateway for the region, is roughly 45 to 50 minutes by car and operates direct routes to most major European cities year-round.
