Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, occupying a broad valley immediately behind Puerto Banús. Known locally as the Golf Valley, it is defined by a concentration of international golf courses, low-density villa developments, and a cosmopolitan residential community that has attracted buyers from across Europe and beyond for decades. The area carries a distinct identity: more private and residential than the Golden Mile, yet directly connected to the amenities of Puerto Banús.

Puerto Banús is a five-minute drive, offering the marina, El Corte Inglés, and a wide range of restaurants. The Golf Valley contains several courses including Las Brisas, Aloha, and Los Naranjos. The commercial centre of Nueva Andalucía provides supermarkets, international schools such as Aloha College, and everyday services within the enclave itself.

Marbella town centre is approximately 10 kilometres east, reachable in around 15 minutes by car. Málaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 65 kilometres away via the AP-7 motorway, a journey of approximately 45 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities, with connections to long-haul destinations via Madrid or London.
