Freistehende Villa Nueva Andalucía

Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, occupying the valley immediately behind Puerto Banus and framed by the La Concha mountain to the north. It is best known as the Golf Valley, home to five courses including Las Brisas, Aloha, and Los Naranjos, which give the area its distinctive low-density, green character. The architecture ranges from classic Andalusian villas to contemporary builds, and the overall tone is residential and private without feeling remote.

Puerto Banus is a ten-minute walk from the lower part of the urbanization, giving direct access to its marina, restaurants, and boutiques. The Centro Plaza and Merca2 supermarket cover daily shopping. Aloha College, one of the coast’s leading international schools, is within the urbanization itself. The beach at Puerto Banus is roughly a five-minute drive.

Marbella town centre is approximately eight kilometres east, around fifteen minutes by car. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol, is roughly 65 kilometres away and takes between 45 and 55 minutes depending on traffic, with direct flights to most major European cities and beyond. Gibraltar Airport is an alternative for certain routes, located around 75 kilometres to the west.
