Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, positioned immediately behind Puerto Banús and defined by a mix of low-density villa developments, golf courses, and gated communities. There is no direct rail connection to the area; private car or taxi remains the standard mode of transport. Gibraltar Airport lies roughly 75 kilometres to the west and offers an alternative gateway for transatlantic and select European routes, with a journey time of around one hour.
