Mandelieu-la-Napoule occupies a privileged position on the western edge of the French Riviera, where the Esterel massif meets the sea between Cannes and Théoule-sur-Mer. The town divides naturally between the marina district along the coast and the elevated residential hillsides that look out across the Bay of Cannes toward the Lérins Islands. Properties on the heights benefit from a setting that combines Provençal landscape with unobstructed maritime views, at a remove from the density of central Cannes.

Daily life centres on the Port de la Napoule and its waterfront restaurants, including La Brocherie and L’Oasis, the latter holding Michelin recognition. The covered market on Avenue de Cannes serves the town several mornings a week. Cannes itself, with its full range of retail, dining, and cultural infrastructure, is a ten-minute drive east.

Cannes train station is approximately eight kilometres away, with direct TGV services to Paris in roughly five and a half hours and regular regional trains along the coast to Nice, Antibes, and Monaco. Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport is around 25 kilometres from Mandelieu, typically 25 to 35 minutes by car, providing extensive European and intercontinental connections. The A8 motorway is directly accessible from the town.
