Villa Manacor

Porto Cristo is a small natural harbour town on the east coast of Mallorca, sitting within the municipality of Manacor. It is one of the few ports on the island that retains a genuinely local character, shaped by fishing traditions and a compact historic core rather than mass tourism infrastructure. The surrounding Llevant region is defined by agricultural land, pine-covered hills, and a coastline of limestone coves, giving the area a distinctly rural and unhurried quality compared to the busier southwest of the island.

Porto Cristo’s own beach and harbour front are within easy reach, along with the Coves del Drach, one of Mallorca’s most visited natural landmarks. The town of Manacor, the island’s second largest, is five minutes by car and provides a full range of services including supermarkets, medical facilities, and the weekly market. Palma’s restaurant and cultural scene is under an hour away.

Manacor sits on the Ma-15 road connecting directly to Palma, approximately 50 kilometres to the west, with a drive time of around 45 to 50 minutes. Palma de Mallorca Airport handles over 30 million passengers annually and operates direct routes to most major European cities, with flight times of roughly two hours to London, Paris, or Frankfurt. There is no rail connection to this part of the island, so a car is essential for daily life in the Llevant area.
