A TOUCH OF A MEDITERRANEAN DREAM — A DESIGNER VILLA WITH PRIVATE RESORT FACILITIES ON THE ISLAND OF KRK Step into a world where luxury meets peace — where every corner is designed for enjoyment, every view tells its own story, and every moment looks like something out of a luxury magazine. This stunning designer villa, located near Malinska on the sunny island of Krk, welcomes you with a manicured Mediterranean garden and a spacious sun terrace with a heated infinity pool. Surrounded by lush greenery and stone details, the outdoor space is a true oasis — with a summer kitchen, a lounge area with a barbecue and a private sunbathing area, ideal for relaxed afternoons and dinners under the stars. Entering the ground floor, you are greeted by a feeling of airiness and elegance. The heart of the home is a fully equipped designer kitchen with dining area, which naturally continues into the living room lined with glass walls with sea views. This level also features a bedroom with an en suite bathroom, which opens directly onto a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. An elegant marble staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two master bedrooms with private terraces and panoramic sea views — perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. A third bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom is ideal for family or guests. But below ground level, the villa reveals its most exclusive side — a private wellness and entertainment floor, comparable to the best boutique resorts. Here, a wine room, a professional gym, a children’s playroom and a spa area with a Finnish sauna, a relaxation area and a private bathtub await you — your own personal oasis of peace and comfort.
