In one of the most prestigious and sought-after developments on the entire Costa del Sol, we present this exquisite fully renovated ground floor apartment in Alcazaba Beach. An unparalleled residential enclave offering a privileged beachfront location, walking distance to Estepona town, and an environment that blends luxury, serenity and the finest Mediterranean lifestyle.
With 147 m² built and 48 m² of terrace, this elegant home combines spacious interiors, natural light and contemporary design to provide exceptional comfort. The generous open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto a private terrace — the perfect setting for enjoying the Mediterranean climate and unforgettable outdoor evenings.
The modern, fully equipped open kitchen adds both functionality and style, while the three en-suite bedrooms ensure privacy and comfort for residents and guests alike. Each bathroom has been completely renovated with high-quality materials and refined contemporary finishes.
Alcazaba Beach is synonymous with excellence, featuring beautifully maintained tropical gardens, five swimming pools, an on-site restaurant, tennis courts, gym, 24-hour security and direct access to the promenade and some of Estepona’s finest beaches.
A truly unique opportunity in one of the most desirable developments on the Costa del Sol — ideal as a permanent residence, luxury holiday home or premium investment.
Estepona occupies a distinct position on the Costa del Sol, sitting at the western end of the coast between Marbella and Gibraltar, with the Sierra Bermeja mountains rising sharply behind it. Unlike much of the coast, Estepona has retained a functioning Andalusian town centre, with whitewashed streets, flower-lined plazas, and a working fishing port. Its beachfront promenade stretches for several kilometres and connects the old town directly to a long succession of sandy beaches.
The old town offers daily markets, the Mercado de Abastos on Calle Castillo, and a concentrated dining scene along Calle Real and the port area, including El Gaviero for fresh fish. Puerto Deportivo de Estepona provides marina-side restaurants and cafés. The Selwo Aventura wildlife park and the Orchidarium botanical garden are both within a short drive.
Estepona sits approximately 80 kilometres west of Málaga along the AP-7 motorway, with a drive to Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport typically taking around 55 to 65 minutes depending on traffic. Marbella is roughly 30 minutes east by car. Gibraltar Airport lies approximately 45 minutes to the west, offering an additional international gateway. There is no direct rail connection, so private or hired transport is the standard arrangement for residents.
