The property has been restored respecting the original architecture and recovering many of its historical elements, combined with contemporary solutions and noble materials. The original restored pine melis floors stand out, featuring a diamond pattern, along with various pieces of natural stone custom-designed for the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout revolves around a large living and dining area connected to a kitchen conceived as another room in the house. The kitchen can be completely concealed with retractable doors and includes integrated appliances, a natural stone island, and a travertine baseboard. All the carpentry in the property has been custom designed and made.
