Wohnung Im Briefviertel. Madrid

In this legendary neighborhood, this beautiful home is located in a restored stately building from 1890. Situated on the third floor, it is clearly divided into social and rest areas. A spacious hall welcomes visitors with a guest bathroom, leading to the rest of the home, which is distributed as follows: a large kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living-dining room, an office, and a second bedroom on the other side of the house next to the office adjacent to the living room. The social area is divided into three rooms, highlighted by its three balconies facing the street: dining room, living room with parquet floors and high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, and an office that contains a unique stove. The three balconies facing the street bring brightness to the apartment. From each one, beautiful views of classic Madrid facades can be seen, and looking to the right, one can see the emblematic square in the beautiful Letters neighborhood, which is Plaza Matute. The building is a wonderful classic structure from 1890, which has been recently restored while maintaining its stately aesthetic, with a new elevator and direct street access without obstacles or steps.
