The building stands on columns (pilotis) — an innovative solution at the time, characteristic of the modern movement —, is distributed over nine floors with two units per floor (left/right) served by a central nucleus with elevator, staircase and freight elevator, and its authorization for use dates from September 24, 1957. The facade reflects the functional modulation typical of these blocks — clearly differentiated living, sleeping and service areas — with a blue vibrated concrete panel marking the staircase.
