In these cases, the owner may use the property for 4 weeks annually, restricted to the first week of July or August; the first week of December or January; and two weeks during the rest of the year.

At the end of the tourist operation contract, the owner has the option to renew or cancel the agreement, after which they may occupy the property full-time.
