For boating enthusiasts, this is the perfect abode, equipped with 2 boat moorings in Leverick Bay with both convenietly visible from the house. Currently accommodating a 22’ Center Console and a 44’ Sailboat, these moorings are located close to the Leverick Bay Homeowner Beach Easement and dingy launch area.

Tamarind Villa, with its 5 bedrooms, can host up to 14 guests, making it an excellent source of rental income. The accommodations include a complete Nanny Apartment beneath the main villa, offering its own kitchen and private deck.
