Le Cannet Residential Schöne, Charmante Villa

Le Cannet sits directly above Cannes on the hillside of the Esterel foothills, a residential commune that has maintained a distinct identity from its more famous neighbour. The old village, with its narrow lanes, Provençal facades, and the Musée Bonnard dedicated to the Post-Impressionist painter who spent his final years here, gives the town genuine cultural substance. The Victoria district in particular is one of the most sought-after residential addresses on the western Côte d’Azur, known for its generous plots, mature gardens, and elevated positions with views toward the bay.

The old village of Le Cannet offers daily markets, independent restaurants, and cafés within a short drive or walk from the Victoria district. Cannes itself, with the Marché Forville, the Croisette, and the full range of dining and retail the city provides, is reachable in under ten minutes by car.

Cannes train station, approximately three kilometres away, connects directly to Nice, Monaco, and Marseille on the coastal rail line.
