Mixed Agricultural and Forestry Interest Area (ISAM 7) covering most of the property + Intercommunal Park in the strip adjacent to the streams.

Permitted Uses: agricultural activity and agro-industries processing fresh produce (packing); sports, recreational, leisure, and tourism activities. Both have received favorable reports from the Regional Ministerial Secretariats of Agriculture and Housing and Urban Development.

Buildability and Land Occupancy: 10% in the ISAM 7 area and 5% in the park strip; detached buildings.

Minimum subdivision size: 10 hectares; subdivision of the park strip is not permitted.

Property located in a flood risk area: construction is subject to the studies required by the PRMS (Metropolitan Regulatory Plan of Santiago).
