Land, mixed (part urban and part rural), this land has a total area of 79,080 sqm. It is located on an elevated platform about 2 km from the beaches of Benagil, Marinha, and Albandeira.

The publication of the revision of the Municipal Master Plan, Notice No. 16179/2021 of August 26, published in the Diário da República - 2nd series, No. 166, changed the status of the land. Part of it, specifically a little over 6,000 sqm, was classified as ’low-density residential areas,’ and the remaining approximately 73,000 sqm was classified as ’other agricultural areas.’

This classification results from the application of:
- Article 63, number 2, letter c) for the first case
- Article 44, number 2, letter b) for the second case

The construction capacity is defined as follows:
- For the first case, in Article 65, number 3, letters a) to l)
- For the second case, in Article 45, number 3, letters a) to h)

More specifically, in the first case, ’low-density residential areas,’ there is a proposal under review by CM Lagoa for the subdivision of a 6,200 sqm plot into three individual lots of about 2,000 sqm each. On each lot, it is possible to build a detached house with the following characteristics:

- Ground floor and first floor with a height less than 7.50 m
- Gross area (sum of ground and first floors) of 300 sqm
- Support areas for pool and others, annexed, with an area of 100 sqm
- Possibility, due to the land’s slope, to build a basement, provided its use is limited to support areas for the house (garage, boiler/air conditioning room, laundry, etc.)

In the second case, ’other agricultural areas,’ the type of occupation/use is defined in the above-mentioned clauses of Article 45 of the PDM Regulation. It is possible to build:

- A single-family house of 300 sqm due to the existence of a ruin predating 1951
- Development of a TER (rural tourism) with 2,000 sqm of lodging construction area
- A commercial/industrial zone with 500 sqm of construction area
