Strofili, Kifissia, Villa 980sq.m. on a plot of 2250sq.m. The villa’s location is in a privileged and secluded area in the suburb of Kifissia with an exceptional panoramic view over the Attic plain. The original building, dating to 1888, has been extensively renovated, most recently in 2010. Emphasis was given to the building’s structural integrity, the preservation of its unique aesthetic features, and the requirements of contemporary living. A remarkable artistic element of the preserved villa is the marble sculpture that surrounds the fireplace in the main reception area. This is the work of the famous sculptor of the 19th century, Ioannis Vitsaris, which in 1900 was transferred to the Paris International Exhibition and won the Gold Prize.
