Villa in Adsubia, Jávea — five minutes from the beach

Step through the entrance hall and the house opens up into one continuous space: kitchen and living room flowing into each other, then out through the naya. The naya is covered, with a rustic wooden pergola overhead, so it works as an extra room whether it’s midday sun or a cool evening. From there, the terrace stretches out, and the pool sits a few steps below it, close enough to reach on impulse.

Adsubia itself is quiet, but El Arenal beach is five minutes away, with its boulevard of restaurants, beach clubs and shops. Granadella and Portitxol, two of the coast’s better cove beaches, are a short drive further on.
